Diamond Dealbook products are digital downloads, not physical goods. After a successful checkout, the storefront confirms the purchase and provides the download when it is ready. The purchase flow also sends the download link to the email used at checkout.

If the link is not visible right away, wait a few minutes and check the inbox and spam or promotions folders for the checkout email. If it still is not there, contact support with the guide name and checkout email.

You can also create an account with the same purchase email to keep access to eligible downloads in your library when that option is available.

Because guide files can be accessed immediately after purchase, Diamond Dealbook does not promise automatic refunds for completed digital downloads.

If you were charged in error, bought the same guide twice, or cannot access a purchased file after working with support, email us so we can review the order details. Any resolution is handled case by case and does not replace rights that may apply under applicable law.

Please review the guide description, format, and sample PDF download before checkout to make sure it is the right fit for your family.

We use the information you provide at checkout to process the order, deliver the guide, provide download access, respond to support requests, and maintain store records. Payment details are handled by the secure checkout provider rather than stored directly in this storefront.

We may use basic site and purchase activity to understand how the storefront performs and improve guide information. We do not sell your personal information as part of operating Diamond Dealbook.
